Razem is a leadership development community for teams of makers.

We believe the future belongs to those who make. But to make a future better than our present, we must first re-learn how to work together, and how to make with ethics. For we make what we are, and we become what we make.

We are developing the thinking and the tools to help the makers find their stories, rituals and communities.

Why are we working together?

We share the aspiration to scale the transformational possibility of leadership development work beyond its current community to a broader community of practitioners, and in doing so make it relevant and powerful for the age of interconnectedness/digital

What do we believe in? - our underlying assumptions/design principles

We believe that leadership is something that you can practice in order to build the capability to make, live and love better

We believe that learning comes from a process of experience, reflection and story making - with concepts/content providing the frame by which we can help people see the world anew

We believe that we make our collective consciousness - part of this is unconscious, so part of the work, is trying to get in touch with what sits just under out awareness

We believe that development is more about what happens between us (relational) than upgrading the contents of our brains

What do we hold dear - our values

Our freedom to work on what what calls to us

Working intimately with each other without bullshit or ego

Who do we help?

We work with individuals, teams and organisations who want to grow the capability of their leadership system to thrive in uncertainty, and reinvent their relevance in a fast changing world
